Hey Everyone [03 May 2005|10:53am] Thank you soooo much to everyone who helped out friday night at the Band Concert...after expences we made about $750. On May 18th we are planning on having an end of the year party for all SFH members. It will be a bowling party at Alley Cat Lanes in Kingston and we'll be ordering pizza, have snacks, desserts and such. [30 Nov 2004|10:56am] Promotion Committee for SFH Benefit Concert January 28, 2004 Jackie Kelley: Have an article written about the club in the Old Colony Emily Perkins: Contact local radio stations, WATD, WPLM, also any other that will announce public service announcements for the concert and about the group. Casey Brown: Contact the assisted living homes in the area and send them a flyer to announce the evening of the concert. David Trahan: Make flyers to send to DSS with a letter asking for support and participation in the event. Elissa Goonan: Put notices and posters in other area schools, PCIS, PSMS, elementary schools. Victoria Verengia: Send personal invitations to Administration, selectman and school committee. Kirsty Middlemiss: Contact PAC TV to get an announcement onto the TV for the date of the concert. PERFORMERS! -There will be a meeting held on Monday the 6th and Tuesday the 7th at 2:30 in the computer lab concerning your act in the show. Bring your music! </b>BABYSITTERS NEEDED for DSS</b>. [26 Oct 2004|11:03am] Alright, reminders: -Halloween Party, at United Methodist Church on Carver Road, tomorrow! Be there at 4:30, and it'll last til 7. Don't forget to bring all the supplies you need for your game/activity, and any food or drinks you volunteered! Battle of the Bands: November 19, 2004. It will be held in the North Gym, at 7:00 pm. We need extra power cords, so if you could find some, it would be awesome! Tickets will be sold in advance for $5, and at the door for $7! So far, the bands playing are: Aurora, Feels Like July, A Porcelain Hope, Twitch 27, and Shirley. She wants to express her gratitude for Students Fostering Hope, and all we've done for the foster children and their families. So please attend so that she can see how large our group is, and be able to meet all of us. >Please continue to write essays for the News Stations so that we can get our name out there and get donations!! >The Poster Party will be October 21st @ 2:05 in the art room. >BATTLE OF THE BANDS: Please get in touch with people to arrange for Judges and prizes!!
